Does the development of technology break the monopoly of the elite and the rich over knowledge? Development of technology and providing it for masses is the idea of the global elite. The days of organized surveillance by the state institution are an old phenomenon. Today everyone of us holds more than one electronic gadget that with a few steps can be converted into a surveillance device. Data and information is the key to profile any individual. Algorithms of any application we use know more about us than we know about ourselves, type of food we eat , people we talk to and political and religious dogma we hold so dear. Elite does not hold any monopoly on the Information of any kind They just censors or constraint specific areas of the free flow of the information.
