  मौत का कुआँ और GYM   शीर्षक से  मैंने यह लेख मेरी फेसबुक पोस्ट के लिये नवंबर 2021 में लिखा था ,जहां मेरे एक मित्र ने बीबीसी की एक डॉक्यूमैंट्री शेयर की थी। जिसका उद्देश्य कुछ भी रहा हो पर उसकी सफलता यह रही की उसे देख आम जनमानस ने मन में "जिम को राक्षसी" जरूर मान लिया होगा। वीडियो यही था की कैसे जिम जाना आप को बीमार, बहुत बीमार बना सकता है; इतना सीरियस तो ये लोग धूम्रपान के  Advertisement  में भी नहीं रहते है। बीबीसी ने इतनी जोरदार डॉक्यूमेंट्री बनाई है जैसे जिम ना हुए मौत के कुँए हो गये। वजन उठाने से मौत हो जाएगी इतना मत उठाओ, इतना व्यायाम मत करो, स्टेरॉइड लेते है सब लोग जिम में, प्रोटीन पाउडर मत खाओ, प्री वर्कआउट मत लो और भी ना जाने क्या हो जायेगा। वैसे तो भारतीय कार्डियोवैस्क्युलर ,रेस्पिरेटरी और मेंटल हेल्थ में सबसे पिछड़े है पर व्यायाम नहीं करने के इनके पास 101 घरेलू तत्काल बहाने मिल जायेंगे। बीबीसी यह बताना भूल गया कि जिस स्तर के भारी व्यायाम की वह बात कर रहे है उसके लिये वर्षों वर्षों की मेहनत की आवश्यकता है। यह आपके साथ तब तो बिल्कुल नही होगा जब आप ...
